I understand that being in pain can be frustrating and prevent you from doing the things you love to do in life. That is no fun and I have seen how tough that can be first hand. I am Dr. Tauberg a Primary Spine Practitioner and Board-Certified Sports Chiropractor who serves the Pittsburgh area. My goal is to get you out of pain as quickly as possible and get you back to being able to do the things you love to do whether that means walking around the block, performing everyday activities, lifting your children, or playing a sport.
In case you are unfamiliar The University of Pittsburgh’s Primary Spine Practitioner (PSP) certification is considered by many to be the premier certification for the evidence based and conservative care of neck and back pain. The PSP program is a post graduate program taught by the #1 ranked School Of Physical Therapy for Chiropractors & Physical Therapists.
In addition to being a PSP I am the team chiropractor for the Pittsburgh Vengeance, a sports chiropractor, a registered nurse, a certified strength and conditioning specialist, and an emergency medical responder. I stay up to date with the latest in rehabilitation research in order to provide the best care possible for my patients. If you are struggling with neck or back pain, headaches, sports injuries, carpal tunnel, sciatica, or any other health condition please contact me today.
I was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA and I bleed black and gold. In my free time, I enjoy playing hockey, skiing, sailing, biking, watching sports, and spending time with my family. I graduated with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the National University of Health Sciences, with a B.A. in Psychology from Eckerd College, and with an A.S. in Nursing from Allegheny County Community College.
If you are ready to learn about what I can do for you then please set up a phone consultation with me using the link below.
I understand if you are skeptical
If that sounds like you, you’re not alone. Most of my clients have:
🙁 Tried treatment elsewhere, sometimes even at other chiropractic, physical therapy, massage, or medical clinics, and had poor experiences and results.
🙁 Thought the pain would go away on it’s own it they just rested, only to find that it doesn’t.
🙁 Been told by a friend or family member that their pain or problem is just “a normal part of getting older” and to accept it.
🙁 Have been to the doctor and been told that their only options are “painkillers, surgery, or injections”.
🙁 Have tried exercises from YouTube, their personal trainer, or other fitness studios but found they only aggravated the pain.
🙁 Have had surgery, injections, or used painkillers only to have minimal or even no success.
Do Any Of These Sound Like You?
If you relate, then I would love to help you by setting up a time for you to talk to me so you can find out what can be done to hep you. If you’ve tried a lot of things already, that’s not a bad thing. In fact, it’s actually a good thing because we now know what DOESN’T work and are closer to finding out what WILL work for your problem.
